Win VLP Terms and Conditions — Complete Platform Usage Guide

1. General Terms

By using any Win VLP service, you fully agree to these terms and conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using Win VLP.

These terms constitute a legal agreement between you and Win VLP. Win VLP reserves the right to update these terms at any time — continued use of the platform after any changes will be considered your acceptance of the revised terms.

2. Account Registration & Management

When registering on Win VLP, you must provide your accurate name, date of birth, phone number, and email address. Registering with false information may result in account termination and forfeiture of your balance at any time.

Each individual may register only one account. If multiple accounts are found belonging to the same person, Win VLP reserves the right to close all such accounts and forfeit any associated bonuses.

• Any suspicious activity on your account must be reported to Win VLP Support immediately.
• Completing the KYC (identity verification) process may be mandatory

3. Deposits & Withdrawals

Win VLP supports deposits and withdrawals via Bangladesh's major mobile banking services — Mobile Pay, Nagad, and Rocket. All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

Deposit conditions:

• Minimum deposit amount is ৳500 (subject to change)
• Deposits are generally credited to your account instantly.
• Deposits must be made from your own mobile banking account only
• Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted

Withdrawal conditions:

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500
• Withdrawals are typically processed within 5–30 minutes.

4. Bonus & Promotion Terms

Any bonus that remains unused when it expires will be automatically forfeited. Bonus validity periods typically range from 7 to 30 days, as clearly stated in the terms of each offer.

5. Betting Rules

All bets placed on Win VLP are considered final and cannot generally be changed or cancelled. However, Win VLP reserves the right to void bets in certain specific circumstances.

• If an event is cancelled or abandoned, the stake will be refunded.
• Win VLP reserves the right to void any bet placed at incorrect odds.
• Any bets and winnings linked to evidence of match fixing or manipulation will be voided
• Win VLP is not liable for signal delays during live betting.
• Win VLP may reclaim any winnings incorrectly credited due to a system error

6. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Win VLP. Any involvement in such activities will result in immediate account termination and potential forfeiture of all balances:

• Creating multiple accounts to claim bonus benefits
• Betting with third-party funds or money laundering
• Betting using bots or automated software
• Attempting to hack or gain unauthorized access to Win VLP's systems
• Threatening, harassing, or disrespecting other players
• Spreading false claims or rumors against Win VLP
• Abusing bonuses across multiple devices or IP addresses

7. Privacy & Personal Data

Win VLP collects and uses your personal data solely for the purpose of providing its services. Your information is never sold to third parties.
